and flexibility all while in a comfortable water environment.

Water
aerobics offers a wide range of exercises with varying
intensities. Instructors utilize and assortment of equipments
and techniques in classes that cover the basic fitness
principles.
Water
aerobics is great for swimmers and non-swimmers alike.
All classes are held in shallow water.
