Under the leadership of Finance Director Frank Weasner, performs those functions customarily discharged by the City Auditor and City Treasurer under General Law.
The Finance Director is the chief fiscal and accounting officer for the city, managing a budget in excess of forty (40) million dollars. The Director is responsible for oversight of accounting (receivables/expenditures), assessments, budgeting, income tax collection, city payroll, and utility billing.
Staffing at the department includes four (4) Finance Clerks and one (1) Meter reader.
